All new Peplink and Pepwave products come with 1 year standard warranty. Standard warranty starts when the end user receives the product.
Peplink devices have the manufacturing date as the default warranty start date. A sales registration will adjust the warranty start date to the date the end user receives the product.
Under warranty, you can use InControl 2 to manage your Peplink Balance or Pepwave MAX router, and if your router is defective, you can request a Return Merchant Authorisation (RMA) with us. Once approved you can ship it to us and we will ship you a hardware replacement.
With FrontierCARE, you have advance hardware replacement (AHR). This means once your Return Merchant Authorisation (RMA) is approved, we will ship you a hardware replacement in advance of you shipping the defective router to us.
