Below is the eligibility of warranty and support service renewal before and after warranty expiry date. To see the warranty expiry date of your Peplink Balance or Pepwave MAX router, go to the Warranty Check page, log in with your Peplink account, and enter the serial number of your Peplink Balance or Pepwave MAX router.
