For Return Merchant Authorisation (RMA), please send a request to Peplink Priority Support.

Once your RMA is approved, please send the defective device to our warehouse and we will send you a replacement. You can find our address and contact phone number in Contact Us page.

If your device is eligible to advance hardware replacement (AHR) service provided by a FrontierCARE, then please let us know by emailing your device serial number to support@frontierbv.com.
