As the largest distributor of Peplink equipment on the European market, Peplink is one of our most valued brands. At Frontier, we attach great importance to the proper functioning of the unique Peplink products. That is why we offer support packs on all Peplink equipment supplied by us. These support packs are what we call FrontierCares, and are available for the Balance 210, 310, 305, 580, 710 and 1350 and the MAX 700, HD2 and HD4. You can choose between two support packages: FrontierCare 1-year and FrontierCare 3-year.
FrontierCare 1-year provides you with twelve months of hardware warranty and access to InControl 2, a Peplink service in the Cloud that allows you to monitor and configure your router data from any web browser. In addition, you are entitled to advanced replacement of your hardware with RMA (Return With Authorization). Your twelve months begin from the date of purchase, or after the end of the previous FrontierCare coverage period. FrontierCare 3-year provides you with the same support, but for thirty-six months. With a FrontierCare support pack we unburden you in the field of IT and you are ensured of the continuous operation of all your Peplink equipment!
